Founded in 2006, Carolina Nonwovens Corporation's mission is to provide high quality products at competitive prices that meet the specific needs of our customers. The company operates a state of the art airlay thermobonding line in its Lincolnton, North Carolina facility. With over 75,000 sq. ft. of production and warehouse space, we produce products using natural, synthetic and recycled fibers that are tailored to specific operational requirements. All CNC products are formaldehyde free and environmentally friendly.
The CNC management team has over 50 years of combined experience in textiles and nonwovens, and has a proven track record of developing products to meet customer requirements.
CNC has the capability to laminate or put scrims on both top and bottom surfaces, and can produce both rolled goods and stacked pads in a variety of dimensions. Our in-house laboratory provides product testing and compliance to ensure that all products are produced within customer tolerances and meet testing requirements for bonding, resilience, tensile strength, surface consistency and other customer specific requirements such as:

We can package finished goods as required to optimize shipping costs.
